We provide marketing and consulting services to individuals and businesses. All services are customized based on client needs and defined in the signed contract.

2. Pricing
All prices are determined individually for each project. A formal quote or contract is required before any work begins.

3. Contracts & Agreements
Clients must sign a service agreement outlining the scope, timeline, and deliverables before work starts. Verbal agreements are not considered valid.

4. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once the service agreement is signed and work has commenced.

5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely information and materials needed to complete the service.

6. Intellectual Property
All content created by V.N.R. 1920 during a project remains the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

7. Liability
We strive to provide high-quality services, but we are not liable for indirect losses or outcomes beyond our control, including third-party platform issues or client-side implementation.

8. Jurisdiction
All agreements are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be handled in the relevant court within that jurisdiction.
